We’re pleased to welcome Ryan Triffitt to the SnowCloud team as our new Director of Business Development.
With close to 25 years of experience in tourism, the ski industry, and marketing, Ryan brings an insider’s perspective to the management of all technology projects. He not only understands how resorts structure their season pass pricing, but also knows how to build the software to sell it.
He began his career making late-night updates to Sunday River’s SnowPhone and has evolved alongside the ski industry’s shift toward digital. As Marketing Director for the Mt. Washington Auto Road, he led a successful overhaul of their marketing strategy with a strong focus on digital channels. His background spans project management, website UX/UI, digital marketing, business development, and resort operations.
Ryan has shared his expertise as a featured speaker at industry conferences, including those hosted by NSAA, the Midwest Ski Areas Association, Ski New Hampshire, and the Cross Country Ski Areas Association.
A native of the Maine coast, Ryan proudly claims the title of lobster snob. He’s hiked the Appalachian Trail with his wife, is perpetually nursing a running injury, and can often be found answering emails from a pool deck while his daughter swims. Despite working in the ski industry, he telemarks and doesn’t listen to Dead & Company—make of that what you will.
Welcome, Ryan!
“Joining SnowCloud isn’t simply a career move—it’s the perfect alignment of passion and purpose. I’m thrilled to help elevate mountain experiences through innovative technology that speaks to the heart of everything I love.”
