SnowCloud Shop
This update to SnowCloud Shop introduces streamlined subscription management, flexible multi-day add-on pricing, and direct-to-content navigation. It also delivers several UI refinements and reliability improvements across item cards, invoices, and page loads.
New Features
- Subscription Card Management: Guests on subscription plans can now pick a replacement card when they update their payment method. They’re also asked to confirm before a card is removed. SnowCloud checks plan requirements before a card can be removed, so active plans always keep a valid payment method on file.
- Group Member Invites: Group administrators can now add several members to a list inside the invite window and send all of the invitations at once.
- Multi-Day Add-On Pricing: On multi-day products, add-ons now show their base rate separately, and advance-purchase discounts apply to add-ons as well as the main product.
- Direct-to-Content Menus and Pages: Menus and pages set up with the new “skip” option open straight to their content, so guests don’t have to click through an extra screen.
Improvements
- Quantity Stepper on Item Cards: Items with an “Add to Cart” button show the quantity stepper on the item card. Items that use “Reserve Now,” “Check Availability,” or “Select Options” keep their current layout.
- Sign-In Terms Link: The terms link on the sign-in screen now reads “Terms of Use,” which matches the cart.
- Faster Page Loads in the Shop: Improved loading performance for date/time inventoried products.
- Subscription Card Window: The card management window has a cleaner, easier-to-use layout.
Reliability & Quality Improvements
- Invoice Payment Links: Signed-in guests who pay an invoice from a QR code see their full invoice balance.
- Single-Page Menus: Single-page menus open straight to their content for a smoother browsing experience.
- “What’s Included” Lists: “What’s Included” lists fully support special characters, so item details read exactly as written.
- Multi-Day Add-On Quantities: Rate Days add-ons on multi-day items match the guest’s selected duration. Add-ons not set up for multi-day are sold as a single unit.
SnowCloud Portal
This update to the SnowCloud Portal introduces new configuration options for multi-day add-ons and page skips, alongside refined permissions, automated shop item syncing, and key reliability fixes.
New Features
- Multi-Day Add-On Configuration: Administrators can set whether an add-on matches the day count of its parent multi-day product.
- Menu & Page Skip Setup: Administrators can set menus and pages to open straight to their content in the Online Shop.
Improvements
- Help & Support: The chat widget has been replaced by a direct link for submitting a support request.
- Add Funds Permissions: Only staff users can now add funds.
- Shop Item Sync: Rate Days are now selected automatically, lesson pools support a new pool inventory mode so packages in a pool can be sold online, and multi-day inventory times sync accurately.
- Retail Min/Max Quantities: Minimum and maximum quantities can be entered in any order, and a blank field saves as 0.
- Coupons List: The coupons list refreshes automatically when related items change.
Reliability & Quality Improvements
- Lesson Pool Pricing: Custom lesson pool prices are kept after saving instead of going back to the catalog rate. If a delete doesn’t go through, a clear message now explains why.
- Item Selector Editing: Sorting and deleting questions and options in the item selector work as expected.
- Warehouse Auto-Transfer Report: The auto-transfer report now triggers when inventory reaches the minimum quantity instead of the maximum.
Accounting & Payments
Improvements
- House Account Payments: Payments on house accounts now post to the fund’s GL account instead of the item’s GL account.
- Invoice Currency: Every invoice now has its currency set explicitly, and adding funds requires the right permission.
SnowCloud Platform & Infrastructure
