October 23, 2026 — Release Notes

1–2 minutes

This release brings key improvements across the SnowCloud platform, including clearer multi-day pass details and simplified transfer workflows in SnowCloud Shop. In SnowCloud Portal, enhancements feature new inventory audit controls, back-load deferred revenue options, and improved live-update connection reliability.

SnowCloud Shop

Improvements

  • Guest Profile: Multi-day passes in “My Stuff”: Multi-day products now show their full date range (for example, “Dec 20 – Dec 23”) and any note attached to the purchase on the guest profile.
  • Improvements to the transfer workflow. Guests now go straight to “My Stuff” instead of a receipt page.
  • We removed the “Promotional Rate” badge from product listings and product pages.
  • Savings Display Improvement: Quantity and multi-day savings percentages now display accurately with multiple stacked discounts applied.

SnowCloud Portal

 Inventory Audits

  • Audits now have a name and a printable barcode.
  • New cost columns and exports.
  • Items can be removed from an audit request, with bulk actions.
  • Large audits load faster and show a notice when they pass 1,000 items.
  • The “TODO” status is now called “In-Progress”.
  • Automatic transfers: Auto-transfer now has the standard product filters.
  • Usability: Multi-select dropdowns with long selections now show a compact summary.

Accounting & Reporting

  • Back-Load deferred revenue (new): Multi-day products can use a new revenue recognition mode. Revenue is recognized on each day the pass is scanned, and any unused days are recognized at the end of the pass window. You can set it, along with its deferred GL account, under Item Class setup.
  • Cashier Sales by team member: The Cashier Sales report can be filtered to one team member.
  • Daily shop tips: The shop tips view now shows a daily tip total next to the team member list.

 Reliability & Quality Improvements

  • Connection reliability: Live-update connections now keep retrying in the background after a network interruption instead of giving up.
  • Slate pools now require a maximum quantity before saving, which prevents a save error.
