How can I get SnowCloud for my resort?

How much does SnowCloud cost?

We charge a simple 5% transaction fee on all sales processed through SnowCloud. That fee covers everything: credit card processing, banking, platform hosting, and support. When setting up your products, you decide how much of that fee you want to absorb or pass on to your guests—it’s totally up to you.

Is SnowCloud PCI Compliant or Certified?

Yes, SnowCloud is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Our SnowPay payment processing is powered by Stripe, the #1 rated payment processor in the world. This means that all your data and customer information is always being handled in the most secure ways possible.

Can I take cash transactions in SnowCloud?

SnowCloud is optimized for cashless payments and accepts all major credit/debit and gift cards, as well as Google and Apple Pay. Cash payment can be accepted outside of the system if you so choose.

How long are your contracts for?

All SnowCloud fees are billed on a monthly basis, there are no long-term contracts, and you may cancel your SnowCloud account at any time.

Are there any licensing fees or additional features not included?

There are no licensing fees for using SnowCloud and you may have as many users and devices using SnowCloud as you choose. Additionally, SnowCloud was built to be living technology, meaning that the system will get smarter and better over time. Each new functionality roll out will automatically be added to all active instances of SnowCloud and you will never have to pay more for additional features.

Are there any additional hardware items needed to run SnowCloud?

SnowCloud’s Admin Portal can be accessed from any device with an internet connection. The Operator App is built to run on iPhone 7 and above. No additional hardware or peripheral devices are needed to use SnowCloud.
